Kreuz & Quer has an email list for announcements, event reminders, and discussion. The list is hosted by Yahoo Groups. Event reminders are sent out typically two days in advance of a Kreuz & Quer event. List subscribers are encouraged to post messages on any topic that has something to do with German/Austrian/Swiss things or K&Q-related stuff. The list also features a calendar of all K&Q events. To sign up, please visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/kq. The list is kept private; no information is sold or shared except as necessary for administration purposes (e.g. a change in list maintainers). Yahoo also pledges to never sell or share the list addresses. If you want to join the list, there is no need to create a Yahoo account if you do not have one yet. Just send an email from your regular email address to kq-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Please add a comment (preferably in German), meaningful enough so we can tell that you are not a spammer. You will not get any ads or spam from Yahoo when you sign up this way. Yahoo does send a small amount of ads to Yahoo accounts, but there is no need to create such an account in order to join a Yahoo discussion list.
